  Everything was fine on final inspection day acknowledged verbally by property manager that I will get full return.The next day I visited them and signed full bond return application, again was told I would get full return by the pm.

  Wow! What a team at Elders Wetherall. Highly recommend Suzanne and Yvonne and the team, in looking after your property, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. And have done so already. Very reasonably priced, professional, keep me well informed all the time with their detailed property inspection reports and photos. So much so, that I've had no need to visit my rental in over a year, despite only living 10 minutes away. Thank you so much!
