  Shuttle was good and not long to wait. Car was clean and tidy. I wanted to use my Bank issued Travel Card to pay, however there was a dilemma because it didn't have my name on it and No Birds doesn't take cash. I travelled all around USA on the Travel Card, and hired many cars using that card. I understand not accepting a credit card if it has someone else's name on it, however as banks are advising people NOT to travel with their credit card and to use a Travel Card, you may wish to refresh that policy so it reflects how society pays in 2017. Thankfully the admin lady had a heart, and I was able to pay.

  Friendly and honest. A restriction of driving within 500km from Perth. Foreign driver and additional driver charges on per day basis. Everything is well explained.

  Cheerful and efficient staff. Easy to book over the phone, email confirmation, no deposit, simple and cheap transfer to and from the airport. I went for top cover unlimited ks and it was still cheap. Good car with very low mileage. Pick up and drop off were quick and smooth.

  Just a small issue with the function of the GPS, very difficult to trace location and the screen was difficult to tap on. Still recommend to have a GPS as it shows the speed limit while driving.

  I had a great trip. Renting a car with No Birds made my trip smooth and awesome! it's economical compare to others, also very clean & neat car. The airport pick up service is a bonus, it's cheaper than taking shuttle bus to leave airport. The top cover also gave us confident along the trip without thinking if anything accident happened and we need to pay huge amount for the repair. Who knows what will happen to our trip right? We returned our car halfway of our trip. The Bayswater office is easy to get public bus to CBD area. Only cost 3 dollar per person. Bus 48 and 55 are the one.

  No fuss. Pickup at point L at terminal 1. Easy to book. Easy to collect. Friendly staffs. Got a brand new car with ODO 34km to ride for my 8 days of holiday. Returned the car today with no incident at all. Will definitely book and recommend all to try. Keep up the good works.
