  Been to this post office a number of times. Staff have been helpful , pleasant and efficient. But wish they don't do passports interview during lunch time coz there was only 1 staff n was caught behind n have to wait for a while to pay a bill. However the lady manager was very patient n cheerful.

  My second encounter was today. I called the Post Office several times at around 330pm, and had a feeling I was getting hung up on. I kept trying until they answered and even asked her if she had hung up on me. She said yes, and that they had a large queue. I told her to figure out how to put people on hold because that was totally unprofessional and she just said nothing. So I hung up.

  My first experience with this PO was 2 months ago, and she forgot to tell me to take my sunglasses off my head during an ID photo. Needless to say, it was not approved and I had to have the photo retaken.
